Shipping policy

We ship from the United States. Orders placed on a business day are usually processed the same day. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

United States
Standard shipping is free on orders of $50.00 and over, and $8.00 on orders under $50.00. Standard orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days.
Express shipping is $18.00 and usually arrives within 1-2 business days.

International
We ship to a number of countries outside the United States. International rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the delivery service you choose, and the estimated transit time is shown at the same time. If we do not ship to your country, you will not see a shipping option at checkout.

Duties and import taxes
Any customs duties, import taxes or carrier handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, unless they are shown and collected at checkout.

Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier it is outside our control, and severe weather, customs inspections and busy periods can add time.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us. If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your parcel is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, contact us at info@kitnivy.com and we will help you chase it.

Damaged or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@kitnivy.com with a photo and we will put it right. See our refund policy for details.
